Product and Drug Liability

​

With over a decade of experience trying products and drug liability cases, the attorneys at Rutherford Law lead the charge against HIV drug manufacturer Gilead Sciences, Inc. With a small group of non-profit attorneys, Jack filed the first cases alleging Gilead withheld a safer version of its blockbuster HIV drug for fifteen years, solely to double its profits.

Rutherford Law now represents hundreds of plaintiffs injured by these drugs. We also take cases resulting from Paragard IUD breakage and injury, and cases resulting in injury from exposure to Paraquat.
